INCENTIVE TRUST
In accordance with paragraph 3.92 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that the following ordinary shares have been sold on the open market to settle obligations of the
Barclays Africa Group Employee Incentive Trust (“Trust”) under the Long Term Incentive Plan
(LTIP).
Shares were sold by the scheme in order to meet the tax withholding obligation in the course of
delivering Shares to participants under the LTIP.
