In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Lodestone has received a notice, in compliance
with section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto, that The Siyakha
Education Trust has increased its beneficial interest in Lodestone’s issued shares to 15.79%.
