LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaGold debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 28 June 2016, issued an additional 100,000 AfricaGold
debentures at an approximate issue price of R182.7283 per additional AfricaGold debentures,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 992.389 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 300,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 2,993.409 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
