LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 28 June 2016, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R139.64 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 992.389 fine troy
ounces of Platinum bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 13,600,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 135,736.536 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
