In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Company has been notified that Old Mutual Plc
group (“Old Mutual”) has disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of the
Company (“Disposal”). Following the Disposal, Old Mutual now holds a 4.18%
beneficial interest (previously 14.77%) in the total issued share capital of the
Company.
