CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Martin Harris has retired as company secretary, with effect
from 1 July 2016, and that Meredith Leyds has been appointed as company secretary, with
effect from 1 July 2016.
Meredith is a qualified attorney with over 12 years of experience in the listed property
industry as a legal advisor.
The board of directors of Emira would like to thank Martin for his contribution to the
Company.
