NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Lodestone’s integrated report, incorporating the audited consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2016, was dispatched on Wednesday, 29 June 2016 and contains no changes
from the preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 which
were announced on SENS on Wednesday, 11 May 2016.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Lodestone, which will be held at the company’s
registered office, 3rd Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia on Thursday, 11 August 2016 at 14h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
26 July 2016 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 29 July 2016.
