CHANGE IN ROLES OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that the current Chief Executive Officer, Mr Raoof Jagot will
change his role to that of Financial Director of the Group effective of 1 July 2016. Mr Jagot
has been handling the financial functions of the group following the resignation of the
previous Financial Director earlier in the year.
Mr NMI (Gora) Abdoola, the Executive Chairman will reassume the joint role of Chief
Executive Officer on the same date.
Mr Akram Sultan will remain as the Lead Independent Director.
