DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY PEREGRINE CAPITAL (PTY) LTD (“PEREGRINE”)
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 (“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Eqstra has
received formal notification on 4 July 2016 that Peregrine, on behalf
of assets under its management, has disposed of its interest in the
securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by Peregrine has decreased to nil of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
