CREDIT EVENT NOTICE
Dolomite hereby gives notice (in accordance with Condition CL3
of the Credit-Linked Securities Conditions Module and
Condition 9 of the Additional South African Securities
Conditions) of the occurrence of a Credit Event as set out in
the notice from the Counterparty (a copy of which may be
obtained from the South African Transfer Agent) and the
satisfaction of the Conditions to Settlement in respect
thereof. The Event Determination Date is 04 July 2016.
