In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Peregrine Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Peregrine”) has notified
Netcare that Peregrine on behalf of its clients, acquired a beneficial interest in preference shares of
the company, such that the total beneficial interest of Netcare preference shares held by Peregrine
is now 15.37% of the total issued securities of that class.
