1. Shareholders are referred to Trellidor’s announcement released
on SENS on 6 June 2016, advising that it had concluded a sale of
business agreement (“Agreement”) with Odyssey House Proprietary
Limited (“Seller”), in terms of which it will, through a
subsidiary, purchase an effective 92.5% interest in the Seller’s
business (“Acquisition”), which Agreement was subject to the
fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
2. Trellidor is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent
have now been fulfilled or waived, as the case may be, and that
the Acquisition has become unconditional.
