Allotment of Scrip Dividend
Sirius Real Estate is pleased to confirm the allotment and issue of 9,052,233 ordinary shares to the
Company's shareholders who elected to receive ordinary shares under the Scrip Dividend Programme
as an alternative to receiving in cash the final dividend declared in respect of the financial year ended
31 March 2016, payable on 15 July 2016.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
841,831,291 the number of shares in treasury shall be 1,062,058 and the total number of ordinary
shares in issue (including those in treasury) will be 840,769,233.
Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and the AltX and
it is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will take place at commencement of trade on
both AIM and the AltX at 08:00 am on 15 July 2016.
