CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of Safari are hereby advised that Mr JC Verwayen has resigned as an alternate
non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.
The board of directors wishes to thank Mr Verwayen for his valuable contribution to the
Company over the years and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
