CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised of the
resignation of Mr LP Retief as an independent non-executive director of
the Company, for health reasons, with effect from 12 July 2016.
The board of directors would like to thank Mr Retief for his invaluable
contribution during the past years and wish him all the very best.
