ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY MIDBROOK LANE (PTY) LTD, PROTEA ASSET
MANAGEMENT LLC AND CONDUIT CAPITAL LIMITED (“ACQUIRER”)
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 (“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Eqstra has
received formal notification on 11 July 2016 that the Acquirer, has
acquired an interest in the securities of the Company such that the
securities held by the Acquirer in the Company has increased to
20.23% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
