RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 3 June 2016 wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company had received a non-binding expression of interest from a third
party for the shares in Amecor.
As the Company is still engaging in discussions with the third party, which may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
