APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Board of Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Noel Doyle into the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect
from 1 August 2016.
Mr Doyle has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since
13 July 2015 and served as the Company’s Acting Chief Executive Officer, from
1 January until 9 May, 2016.
Historically, Mr. Doyle has also served the organisation as the Business
Executive of Grains and Milling, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Head
of Investor Relations.
