Shareholders are advised that, pursuant to a continual review of its strategic options, Murray &
Roberts is currently engaged in negotiations regarding the potential disposal of non-strategic assets
(“Proposed Disposals”).
These negotiations, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the Company’s
securities, although the financial impact of the Proposed Disposals may not be material to Murray &
Roberts.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities,
until a full announcement is made.
