TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to
be reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review by management of the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2016
has indicated that:
- the earnings per share (“EPS”) is expected to be between 55.49 cents and 59.73 cents,
reflecting an increase of between 31.1% and 41.1% compared to the restated EPS of
42.34 cents for the year ended 30 June 2015; and
- the headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) is expected to be between 55.41 cents and 59.65
cents, reflecting an increase of between 31.0% and 41.0% compared to the restated HEPS
of 42.31 cents for the year ended 30 June 2015.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by Adapt IT’s auditors. Adapt IT's financial results are expected to be released on
SENS on or about 18 August 2016.
