SABMiller plc has previously announced that Mr Javier Ferrán would, with effect from the
conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting, retire from the Board.
The Annual General Meeting having taken place earlier today, SABMiller plc confirms that
Mr Ferrán has retired from the board.
Mr Ferrán will receive his annual fees as a non-executive director and as a member of the
remuneration committee pro-rata to today, and no other remuneration payments will be
made.
