CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Lodestone has received a non-binding expression of interest from Fortress Income Fund
Limited (“Fortress”) for the acquisition of all of the issued shares of Lodestone. The boards of Lodestone and
Fortress are in discussion and Lodestone will update shareholders whenever appropriate.
The non-binding expression of interest and discussions in that regard do not constitute a firm intention by Fortress to
make an offer and it is possible that no offer may result from this process.
Accordingly, pending further announcements, Lodestone shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their Lodestone shares.
