CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF MMI
The Board of Directors of MMI (Board) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Voyt Krzychylkiewicz as an alternative director to Mr
Peter Cooper, the non-executive director of MMI, with effect from 21 July
2016.
Mr Krzychylkiewicz is currently part of the executive team at Rand
Merchant Investment Holdings (RMIH) and Rand Merchant Bank Holdings
(RMBH), and also sits on the Board of Directors for companies covering
various sectors, such as asset management, property and lending.
Prior to joining RMIH and RMBH, Mr Krzychylkiewicz was Head of SA
Financial Sector equity research at both Deutsche Bank and Standard Bank.
The Board would like to welcome Mr Krzychylkiewicz. He brings a broad
range of financial services sector experience, and the Board is looking
forward to working with him.
