Misappropriation of Funds
Shareholders are advised that the Company has discovered that one of its employees seems to have misappropriated
funds. The amount involved seems to be in excess of R3 million. The Company has taken appropriate action, including
opening a criminal case against the alleged perpetrator, in order to protect the interests of the Company. Internal
investigations will continue and the Company is cooperating with the relevant authorities to bring this matter to a
conclusion.
Shareholders will be updated as relevant information becomes available.
