Renewal of the cautionary announcement
Further to the announcements released by the Company on SENS on 13 June 2016 and
24 June 2016, shareholders are advised that the board of directors of MRI (“the Board”) continues to
explore various opportunities to re-establish the Company as a going concern in either its current or
another form. Shareholders are advised that opportunities pursued to date have not reached fruition
however the Board will continue to seek such opportunities and will update shareholders as and when
appropriate.
Shareholders should therefore continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares
until a further announcement in this regard is made.
