Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Gaia are hereby
advised that Mr RB Makhubela has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of the Company, with effect from 31 August 2016.
The board of directors wishes to thank Mr Makhubela for his
contribution to the Company and wishes him all of the best for
his future endeavours.
