Changes to the Board - Appointment of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Chief Financial Officer
(“CFO”)
Shareholders are advised that after following an appropriate nomination process, the board of
directors (“Board”) has approved the appointment of Mr Keith Vroon as CEO effective immediately.
Previously the chief operating officer at Novus Holdings, Mr Vroon has been performing the role of
acting CEO since 16 February 2016 and has a history within the Group dating back to 2004 when he
joined as CFO.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Edrich Fivaz has also been appointed as the CFO of the
Group effective 1 September 2016.
Mr Fivaz has been with the Group since 2007. He currently fulfils the role of group head: mergers &
acquisitions and head of corporate finance for Novus Holdings.
The Board wishes to congratulate Mr Vroon and Mr Fivaz on their appointments and believe they
both have the necessary skills and attributes to take the business forward and deliver strong growth
into the future.
