are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form
that Allan Gray Proprietary Limited on behalf of its clients (“Allan Gray”), has acquired an
interest in the securities of the Company such that the total interest in the securities of the
Company held by Allan Gray amounts to 5.0088% of the total issued securities of that class
in the share capital of the Company.
