CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of EOH
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes to the Board which will be effective from
27 July 2016:
- Ms Audrey Mothupi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Audrey
is the Chief Executive Officer of SystemicLogic Group, a global financial innovation and technology
company. Prior to joining SystemicLogic Group, she served as Chief Executive - Strategic Services at
Liberty and Head of Inclusive Banking at Standard Bank. She is also an independent, non-executive
director of Pick ‘n Pay and serves on other boards of non-profit organisations promoting youth, women
development and training. Audrey is a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative; and
- Ms Thoko Mnyango has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company in order to focus on her
business endeavours.
The Board welcomes Audrey and looks forward to her contribution to the Company. We would also like to
thank Thoko for her valuable contribution to EOH over the past few years and wish her all the best with her
future endeavours.
