NOTICE OF PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders of the sad news of the untimely passing of Mr Dumisani
Mafu, the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, on 9 July 2016.
The Board wishes to express its condolences to Dumisani’s family at this time.
Mr Piet Nieman will assume the role of acting Chairman until such time as a suitable replacement has been
identified.
