Shareholders are advised that Anchor has terminated its designated advisor and company secretary mandate
with Arbor Capital Sponsors Proprietary Limited (“Arbor”) and has appointed Java Capital Trustees and
Sponsors Proprietary Limited (“Java Capital”) as its designated advisor and CIS Company Secretaries
Proprietary Limited as its company secretary, both with effect from 1 August 2016.
The board of directors would like to thank Arbor for their contribution to Anchor.
