NOTICE OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE BUSINESS RESCUE PLANS
Shareholders are notified in terms of Section 150 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008
(the “Companies Act”) by Trevor Glaum, the Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”), of
the availability of the developed and proposed business rescue plans in respect of
three of the Company’s subsidiaries being RBA Executive Homes (Pty) Ltd, RBA Building
Projects (Pty) Ltd and RBA Homes (Pty) Ltd on the company’s website www.rbaholdings.co.za.
Creditors have provided an extension for the publication of the business rescue plans
for the Company and RBA Developments (JHB) (Pty) Ltd to Friday, 5 August 2016.
