RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Balwin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released by the Company
on SENS on 30 June 2016, as well as the circular issued to Shareholders on the same date, regarding
the acquisition by Balwin of development rights in Johannesburg’s Kyalami / Waterfall node.
Shareholders are advised that at a general meeting of the Company held on Friday 29th July 2016 at
09h30 (“General Meeting”), all resolutions as set out in the Notice of General Meeting incorporated
in the circular were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
In this regard, Balwin confirms the voting statistics from the General Meeting as follows:
