FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SUMMARISED AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ABRIDGED
FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEARS ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2013, 2014 AND 2015
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 25 July 2016 regarding the summarised audited
consolidated abridged financial results for the years ended 28 February 2013, 2014 and 2015 (“Abridged
Results”).
Further to that announcement, Shareholders are advised that KPMG Inc.’s audit report, dated 22 July 2016,
in respect of these three periods is available for inspection at the registered office of the company.
The audit report for all three periods is unmodified, however, it does include a reportable irregularity,
the details of which were provided in the Abridged Results.
