CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 7 500 000 RAUBEX ORDINARY SHARES
On 4 August 2016, the company cancelled and de-listed 7 500 000 ordinary shares.
These shares were acquired as part of a specific repurchase from an associate of a non-
executive director of the Company in terms of the authority to repurchase the shares
approved by the shareholders of the company at the general meeting held on 20 July 2016.
The shares cancelled represent 3,96% of the issued share capital of the company immediately
prior to such cancellation. Following the cancellation, the issued share capital of the company
will now comprise 181 750 036 ordinary shares of 1 cent each.
