Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 17 June 2016 in which it was advised
that a non-binding expression of interest had been received in relation to a transaction.
Discussions with regards to the above are ongoing. Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company’s shares until a further announcement is made.
