TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
BY OLD MUTUAL PLC
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 5 August 2016 that Old Mutual PLC, which include the Old Mutual
Investment Group (“Old Mutual”) have, in aggregate, acquired a portion of interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by Old Mutual increased to 5.03% of the total issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
