NOTICE IN RESPECT OF MEETINGS OF CREDITORS AND EXTENSION FOR
PUBLICATION OF CERTAIN BUSINESS RESCUE PLANS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 29 July 2016.
MEETINGS OF CREDITORS
Trevor Glaum, the Business Rescue Practitioner, hereby advises
in terms of Section 151 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, that
the notices of the meetings of creditors and any other holders
of a voting interest of three subsidiaries of the Company being
RBA Executive Homes (Pty) Ltd, RBA Building Projects (Pty) Ltd
and RBA Homes (Pty) Ltd are available on the company’s website
www.rbaholdings.co.za. The meetings are to be held on 15 August
2016.
FURTHER EXTENSION
Creditors have provided a further extension for the publication
of the business rescue plans for the Company and RBA Developments
(JHB) (Pty) Ltd to Friday, 30 September 2016.
