FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published on SENS on 19 May and 1
July 2016 respectively relating to inter alia Huso Investments (Pty) Limited entering into a potential
partnership for a geo-economic evaluation, development and exploration of a diamond exploration
license in Sierra Leone.
Shareholders are advised that that negotiations, which if successfully concluded, could have an
impact on the Company’s securities are still on-going.
In the circumstances, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when trading in their
Trustco shares until a further announcement is made.
