RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mrs Patricia Shub has retired as a non-executive director of the company with effect
from 15 August 2016.
Mrs Shub played an integral part in the establishment of the Queenspark brand and in the business of the company and
the group over the years (both as an executive and non-executive director). The elegance and style she brought to the
company will be missed. The board would like to thank her for her valuable contribution over the years and wishes her
all of the best in her retirement.
