GLOBAL CREDIT RATING CO. AFFIRMS OMNIA’S RATING OF A-
The board of directors of Omnia is pleased to announce that the rating agency, Global Credit
Rating Co. (“GCR”), has affirmed the national scale debt rating for Omnia of A- and A1- in the long
term and short term, respectively. While these ratings remain unchanged from the previous year,
the ratings outlook changed from Positive to Stable.
A rating of A- for national long term debt is defined by GCR as “High credit quality relative to other
issuers or obligations in the same country. Protection factors are good. However, risk factors are
more variable and greater in periods of economic stress”.
A rating of A1- for national short term debt is defined by GCR as “High certainty of timely payment
relative to other issuers or obligations in the same country. Liquidity factors are strong and
supported by good fundamental protection factors. Risk factors are very small”.
