Announcement of the Scheme Consideration
Holdings ordinary shareholders (“Holdings Shareholders”) are referred to the joint finalisation
announcement released by Holdings and Pick n Pay Stores Limited on the stock exchange news service
operated by the JSE Limited on 12 August 2016.
Holdings Shareholders are hereby advised that, in terms of the scheme of arrangement approved by
Holdings Shareholders on 25 July 2016, their shares in Holdings will be purchased for a consideration
of R0.00958 each.
All dates and times published in the joint finalisation announcement on 12 August 2016 on SENS
remain unchanged.
