Trevor Glaum, the Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”), would
like to inform shareholders that the business rescue status
reports for August 2016 are available on the company’s website
www.rbaholdings.co.za.
The business rescue plans for three of the Company’s subsidiaries
in business rescue, being RBA Homes (Pty) Ltd, RBA Executives Homes
(Pty) Ltd and RBA Building Projects (Pty) Ltd have been approved.
