UPDATE ON DISPOSAL OF KWV’S OPERATIONAL ASSETS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of the disposal of KWV’s operational assets
dated 11 May 2016.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Competition Authorities approved the disposal on
24 August 2016 and provided that remaining administrative conditions precedent are met, the
effective date of the transaction is likely to be 1 October 2016.
