RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated
12 July 2016 and are advised that the provisional liquidation order has been set aside
by the High Court of South Africa. Settlement negotiations with the applicant are,
however, on-going.
Notwithstanding the fact that the Company’s shares remain suspended on the JSE,
shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
