CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Stellar Capital
shareholders are advised that Ms Caroline du Preez of The Secretarial Company Proprietary
Limited has resigned as Company Secretary effective 31 August 2016. The Board thanks Caroline
for her services to the Group.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Sean Graham CA(SA), RA, ACMA will be appointed as
Company Secretary of Stellar Capital effective 1 September 2016. Sean is also the Company
Secretary of Torre Industries Limited and was previously the Company Secretary of Control
Instruments Group Limited.
