SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron hereby confirms
that the company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008
(Act No. 71 of 2008).
Sanlam Life Insurance Limited has informed Altron that it has acquired 2 609 338 Altron A
ordinary shares, which equates to 2.47% of the total issued Altron A ordinary share capital of
the company.
Following the notice which was dated 26 August 2016, Sanlam Life Insurance Limited now
holds 5.80% (previously 3.33%) of the issued Altron A ordinary share capital of the
company.
