LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 800,000 NewGold
debentures at an issue price of R179.00 per additional debenture, following subscriptions in
respect of approximately 7,629.361 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 134,577,939 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,283,429.656 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
