APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CHANGE IN ROLE
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are advised that Mr Carel Petrus Snyman has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with
effect from 31 August 2016.
Carel graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1998 with a BCom (Hons) Acc degree and CTA. He
completed his articles at Ernst and Young and registered with SAICA as a Chartered Accountant in 2001. He
joined Advanced Health as Group Financial Manager on 1 January 2015. Before joining Advanced Health,
Carel was involved in the private hospital industry for eight years.
Mr Cor van Zyl, who has been with Advanced Health since before its listing in 2014, will move into a non-
executive position.
The directors of Advanced Health welcome Carel to the Board and thank Cor for the valuable contribution
he has made to the Company.
