APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Ms Phuti Mahanyele has been appointed as an independent non
executive director to the Blue Label Board and as a member to the Blue Label Audit, Risk and
Compliance Committee with effect from 01 September 2016.
Ms Mahanyele is the Executive Chairperson of Sigma Capital an Investment Holding Company.
She is the former CEO of Shanduka Group and serves on the board of Comair and Reunert. She
further serves on the advisory Board of Stellenbosch University and chairs the Bain Academy
which supports professionals in corporate Africa.
The Board takes great pleasure in welcoming Ms Mahanyele and wishes her a long and
prosperous career with the Group.
